This application ("the Tool") is a private, personal-use script built for and used exclusively by Pakelo Properties, LLC to read transaction data from its own QuickBooks Online company for internal bookkeeping review.

What data is accessed

The Tool reads transaction records (purchases, deposits, bills, and journal entries) from a single connected QuickBooks Online company via the official QuickBooks API.

What the Tool does with this data

Data is read only. The Tool writes a local copy of transaction data to a CSV file stored on the operator's own computer, for internal review purposes. The Tool does not create, modify, or delete any records in QuickBooks.

Data sharing

Data accessed by the Tool is not sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party. It remains solely on the operator's own computer.

Data retention

Data is retained locally for as long as the operator chooses to keep the generated CSV files, and can be deleted at any time by the operator.
