End User License Agreement

This application ("the Tool") is a private, personal-use script built for and used exclusively by Pakelo Properties, LLC. It is not distributed, licensed, or offered to any other party.

Use

The Tool may only be used by its operator, Pakelo Properties, LLC, to connect to its own QuickBooks Online company for internal, read-only bookkeeping review.

No warranty

The Tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data it produces before relying on it for financial decisions.

Termination

Access to the connected QuickBooks Online company may be revoked by the operator at any time via QuickBooks' connected-apps settings.
